I have been using this computer about 2 years now, I got it came pre-installed with win 8 and later on upgraded to win 8.

And then ever since March of this year, all of a sudden I started to have problems installing updates on my PC. A lot of troubleshooting steps were done on it including resetting to factory defaults and all that and still did not help. Why this is happening I don't know. I've been calling Microsoft Support so many times and this has been like a nightmare to keep staying on the phone to work on the pc.

I'm 81 years old and I am not that computer savvy, I can do some fixes but its not a good thing for me to keep wasting hours and hours to sit and watch my pc being worked on. I should be using my pc so I can do my stuff and yet here I am locked with wasting 7hrs, 5hrs of waiting till the tech support people would just give up and reschedule the callback or worse would advise me to wipe everything out of my pc.

This is terrible. Microsoft should do something about it and not ME! I just hope somebody reads this and do something about it. Thursday, May 7, AM.
